Disgorged/ Non-Disgorged Bubble 2-Pack

38,00 inc. VAT

Our 2-Pack to compare one disgorged, and one non-disgorged bubble. Disgorgement is a technique used in making sparkling wines. By disgorging the wine after the secondary fermentation is finished, the dead yeast cells called lees are removed from the bottle. By slowly tilting the bottle so the lees form a sediment at the neck of the bottle, the deposit can be separated from the wine.

  • Non-disgorged: Frizzante Sui Lieviti, Alla Costiera, Veneto
  • Disgorged: Le Saint Louis, Haut-Planty, Loire
