Single-vineyard Savagnin from Les Bruyères, a gravel-over-limestone site in Arbois known for drainage and low water retention. The warm, dry 2012 yielded high concentration without excess alcohol, allowing it to be selected early for Vin Jaune. Long élevage sous voile in neutral barrels, this wine is lighter and has more tension than most Vin Jaune.
