Shipping & returns
We proudly ship our wines worldwide! However, please note that our webshop is restricted to orders within the European Union. If you’re located outside the EU, feel free to reach out to us directly at shop@troppogiovane.nl for a special shipping quote.
Orders are shipped Tuesday to Friday via PostNL and Fedex, and every parcel is fully insured and carefully packed in Vinologix boxes.
Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 2 working days, while most destinations across the EU receive their orders within 5 working days. For customers outside the EU, we’re happy to arrange international shipping — simply contact us
ShiPPING RATES
Netherlands
- Pick-up in store (available the following Wednesday).
- Standard Shipping via PostNL for €15.
- Free shipping for orders above €150.
BELGIUM, GERMANY, LUXEMBOURG, AUSTRIA, DENMARK, FRANCE, ITALY, SPAIN
- Standard Shipping via PostNL for €15.
- Free shipping for orders above €300.
- FedEx available — shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on bottle quantity and destination.
Rest of the European Union
- Standard Shipping via PostNL for €25.
- Free shipping for orders above €500.
- FedEx available — shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on bottle quantity and destination.
Rest of the world
- Shipping arranged separately.
- We will contact you after your order to confirm the best available option and provide a custom quote.
- VAT can be deducted for non-EU customers at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the rare event of a lost or damaged parcel, we will:
- Open a case with the postal service.
- Refund the purchasing amount if the issue is confirmed.
Please note that claims can only be processed 6 weeks after the shipping date.

Return policy
We accept returns only in cases of serious issues with the wine itself, such as:
- Breakage during shipping.
- Corkage faults in newer wines.
For older wines and cellar wines, we cannot be held responsible for corkage issues due to the nature of these products. However, for wines sourced from producers we work with directly, as listed on our Producer Page, we will address concerns on a case-by-case basis.
