We shipwith PostNL or with DHL on request. We use Vinologix boxes with additional postal insurance throughout The Netherlands and The EU.
In the event that a parcel is lost, we will open a case with the postal service and refund the purchasing amount.
A case can only be opened 6 weeks after date of shippping.
For our regular customers we can also do personal delivery if you live in Amsterdam.
