Michel Autran’s pétillant naturel, made from 100% Chenin Blanc sourced from clay-limestone soil and flinty clay on chalky limestone bedrock, is aged for 18 months sur lattes without any additives, resulting in a saline and precise character. This petnat aims to offer a more gastronomic, vinous, and complex fizz, and it achieves just that. It presents notes of wet wool and wet stone, complemented by citrus and yellow fruit, with excellent balance and a fresh, lingering finish.
