Le Saint-Louis is a sparkling wine from Domaine du Haut-Planty, located on the slopes of Le Landreau in the Muscadet region of the Loire Valley. Crafted by Alain and his nephew Erwan, this cuvée blends 70% Folle Blanche and 30% Melon de Bourgogne, sourced from vines averaging 25 years old, rooted in sandy, gneiss, and schist soils. Produced using the traditional method, it is a brut sparkling wine, enjoyable on its own as an aperitif or as a base for cocktails.
