100% Pinot Noir from 30-year-old vines planted on the Muschelkalk (shell limestone) soils of Dittelsberg-Albermohn. The grapes achieve good ripeness and are hand-harvested, destemmed, and macerated for 10 to 12 days. The wine is aged in demi-muids for one year. Juicy and silky Alsatian Pinot Noir. Classic black fruit nose and hints of spice. The palate is fresh with good depth and a velvet-like texture. One of our favourites!
