Pourquoi Non 2022 is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Gris from organically farmed vineyards in Alsace. Crafted by O2Y, a collaborative négociant project based in Poligny sourcing biodynamic fruit and producing unsulphured wines that highlight regional terroirs. The wine underwent a two-week maceration, with 30% of the grapes destemmed, creating a light, refreshing red.
