They run a true polycultural project alongside their vines including olive trees, cattle, honeybees and other crops.A stay at their farm is warmly recommended. Made from Trebbiano, Malvasia Toscana and a touch of Sangiovese, fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, it is fresh and clean. A light orange wine for everyday.
