Designed as a ‘rosso popolare,’ Operaio combines 60% red grapes and 40% white grapes. This year, Operaio is a new blend of Cesanese, Montepulciano, and Sangiovese sourced from a small 1-hectare vineyard, combined with Trebbiano and Malvasia. Fermented in steel with a touch of barrique, the 2023 vintage is more refined and elegant, while maintaining its spirit as a light, approachable red. Crunchy red fruit , minerality, and balsamic hints, a wine to drink with friends…everyday!
