Rosso CR 2021 combines fruit from Vigna Jules and Vigna Gaspard in Contrada Crasa. The grapes were harvested on 27 September, fermented spontaneously in old wood, stayed two weeks on skins, then aged in used 20hl cask until bottling in October 2022, unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur. The wine shows strawberries, blueberries, plums, and floral notes on a medium- to full-bodied palate, with firm acidity, austere tannin, spice, and a long mineral finish.
