Jeudi 15 Bianco 2024 is a blend of organically grown Carricante, Catarratto, and Grecanico from small high-altitude vineyards on Etna’s north side. The Carricante comes from Contrada Pietramarina and was direct pressed and fermented in chestnut, while the Catarratto and Grecanico come from the stony contrada of Flascio on the northwest side of Etna and were fermented in stainless steel. Dry and sapid in style, the wine shows yellow peach, floral notes, citrus, ripe lemon, and pineapple, with light lees ageing adding texture and freshness.
