Arbois Trousseau "La Vigne du Louis" 2023 (Red, 750ml)

€38,00 inc. VAT
Arbois Trousseau "La Vigne du Louis" 2023 (Red, 750ml)
1970s parcel on deeper clay-and-gravel soils rich in iron — a site Michel calls “a flattering terroir, almost showy,” producing wines that are instantly charming. The fruit is fully destemmed, with maceration and fermentation carried out in steel tanks before pressing and élevage in large foudres. The 2023 is bright, juicy, and approachable from release, with red fruit, gentle spice, and a fresh mineral lift. As Michel likes to say, “It’s our little Côte de Nuits — fresh, mineral, very immediate.” It will drink beautifully young but also age 6–10 years.
Arbois Trousseau "Les Grands Vergers" 2023 (Red, 750ml)

€38,00 inc. VAT
Arbois Trousseau "Les Grands Vergers" 2023 (Red, 750ml)
The vineyard was planted in 1981 in deeper, mixed marls that give one of the most structured expressions of Trousseau at the domaine. The vines are farmed without herbicides. The grapes are fully destemmed, with the entire maceration and fermentation in steel tanks before pressing and élevage in large foudres, where the wine gains its finesse. It is the most complex and ageworth of his reds. It is delicious young but built to evolve, offering 8–12 years of ageing potential.
Arbois Chardonnay "Les Crêts" 2022 (White, 750ml)

€40,00 inc. VAT
Arbois Chardonnay "Les Crêts" 2022 (White, 750ml)
Old Chardonnay vines (around 45 years planted on the red and grey marls of Montigny-lès-Arsures, a terroir known for depth and natural tension. The parcel is farmed organically and without herbicides. The wine is pressed directly into large foudres, left untopped through winter, and raised slowly with a touch of controlled oxidation. The result is a dry, complex and saline Chardonnay with a touch of oxidation on the nose and a long mineral finish. It will age comfortably for 10–15 years, gaining spice, clarity, and length as it evolves.
Arbois Chardonnay "Les Follasses" 2023 (White, 750ml)

€36,00 inc. VAT
Arbois Chardonnay "Les Follasses" 2023 (White, 750ml)
Chardonnay planted on the domaine’s marnes blanches, a soil Michel often describes as difficult to work but capable of producing beautifully expressive wines. The vines are around 45 years old, farmed without herbicide. The wine is pressed directly into foudre and raised without winter topping, following Gahier’s traditional oxidative approach. The 2023 shows fine, bright acidity with a juicy, almost crystalline profile. It will age gracefully for 8–12 years, gaining depth and a gentle, buttery-saline complexity over time.
A quote from Michel about this wine “Marnes blanches are hard to work, but the wines are always a joy to make.”
Trousseau "Le Clousot" 2023 (Red, 750ml)

€33,00 inc. VAT
Trousseau "Le Clousot" 2023 (Red, 750ml)
Michel planted the parcel himself in the early 1990s on an old hay meadow, on land that has never seen chemicals. It sits on warm, draining soils of gravel and calcareous scree. Farming is fully manual and without herbicides. The grapes are fully destemmed and macerated in steel tanks allowing for a long, gentle extraction. After pressing, the wine is moved into large wooden casks. 2023 is one of our favourite vintages so far! Easy drinking, it will drink beautifully young but will also age 6–10 years, developing more savoury notes and a firmer Jura backbone.
