Alla Costiera’s Bianco Sui Lieviti 2023 is a pét-nat made from Glera and Garganega grown on volcanic slopes. Filippo and Elisa, committed to natural farming, ban all synthetic inputs on their estate. Fermented spontaneously and aged in cement tanks before bottle fermentation, this wine is vibrant and fresh, with notes of white flowers, citrus, and crisp minerality.
One of our favourite wines for mixing, it’s perfect in an Americano or paired with vermouths in a spritz, adding a bright, mineral-driven sparkle to any cocktail.
