From seventy-five-year-old vines across mixed parcels, 2021 was a difficult year: low yields, concentrated fruit, vivid acidity. We chose to age it for a few years to round the edges and develop tertiary notes. Now showing dried fruit, undergrowth and spice, it’s a bright yet deeper expression of the cuvée. No sulfur added.
