Built on well-aged British cider vinegar and single-source wildflower honey, Botivo is macerated slowly with gentian, wormwood, rosemary, thyme and orange zest. It’s made in small batches, with no flavourings and no preservatives. It’s bottled unfined, lightly filtered, with no added sulphites. The result is earthy and herbaceous, gently sweet, finishing tangy and bitter.

It is typically served as 25ml of concentrate mixed with 175ml of soda or sparkling water, poured over ice, and garnished with a squeezed orange wedge. It also pairs well with tonic, ginger beer, or grapefruit soda.
