A white chinato from Turin, made on Moscato d’Asti from Vittorio Bera e Figli in Canelli. Quinine bark and a long list of botanicals are steeped in neutral alcohol, sweetened with white cane sugar and blended into the Moscato. Mauro Vergano first released Luli in 2003. Non-vintage, 500ml. Drink with one cube of ice in a small stemmed glass or with a dash of tonic soda water. Great as aperitif or as an unusual pairing with desserts.
