La Houssaie 2023 is made from the single parcel “La Houssaie.” This vineyard, planted with 40-year-old Chenin Blanc vines on a thin layer of clay over silex, reflects their commitment to showcasing the unique Vouvray terroir through regenerative farming practices like agroforestry.

Vinified in fiberglass tanks without filtration or fining, La Houssaie offers a clean and authentic expression of Chenin Blanc with aromas of fresh stone fruit and delicate floral notes. The palate is crisp with notable minerality and balanced by a silky, smooth texture.
