This is the first release of this parcel. Antoine and Henri decided for a perpetual cuvée. Here in it’s first instalment as blend of two vintages aged in oak barrels. Typical Vouvray with ripe and complex Chenin Blanc flavours: honey, wax and stewed white fruits. Their most gastronomic wine to date and one to age. No sulfur added.
