Andrea Ugolotti and Daniela Trolio left careers in Michelin-starred restaurants and architecture to build a small, deeply personal project in Abruzzo. Farming a few hectares around Pianella with total respect for the land, everything is done by hand in the cellar they built around their house.

Ageing this brings you closer to the “meat” of the variety. A true Cerasuolo style rosé, edging on a red with real substance. One of our favourites at Troppo and a consistent staff favourite.
