A wild, Catalan field blend of white, red and grey Carignan from Empordà in Catalunya, fermented short on skins. We aged it for a couple of years to develop tertiary aromas. From the start it reminded us a Jura Trousseau and now with the fruit softened into more savoury, tertiary notes.
