A Riserva bottling of the Trebež, Dario’s blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Pinot Grigio, held back for extended ageing. Each variety is macerated on its skins in open wood, then aged for years before bottling, unfined and unfiltered. Ten years from harvest, it is one of Dario’s deeper amber wines. It’s also one of the more elusive of his cuvées, with lots of spice, nuts and floral notes over a robust, mineral frame. An experimental cuvée for the purists of the region, it’s one of Dario’s most complex wines.
