Produced from Savagnin grown on the domaine’s Arbois parcels, mainly Lias marl and limestone soils rather than a single named climat. The 2014 was raised in neutral barrels selected by the Clairet family for a long voile ageing, favouring slow oxygen exchange over aromatic imprint. It reflects the choice of a vintage with the acidity and structure for extended ageing.
