A blend led by Auxerrois, with equal parts Riesling and Pinot Gris and a little Muscat. Sourced from 25-year-old vines on the upper slopes and forest edges, this is a fresh, mineral Alsace white with a silky texture and plenty of charm. Hand-harvested, given a short cold maceration, then pressed into old oak foudres. Organic farming, biodynamic in practice, with extremely minimal sulfur at bottling.
