40% Riesling, 40% Pinot Gris, and 20% Gewürztraminer crafted from a south-facing parcel with a 20% slope and 30-year-old vines. The soil, rich in clay atop a substrate of Muschelkalk and pink limestone, imparts a distinct character to the grapes. The Riesling is directly pressed, while the Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer are macerated for 48 hours. The wine is aged on the fine lees in Alsatian foudres for a year.
