East-facing parcel of 60-year-old vines on granite terroir. Whole-bunch maceration and ageing in concrete with a small portion in oak. Minimal sulfur at bottling. This vintage was warm and the fruit is dark and spicy. Through the structure the wine remains mineral and harmonious. A gastronomic Gamay cru.
