Croix Sarrant comes from a vineyard on the southern edge of the village, looking out across the valley. The site is overgrown and full of life, and the wine carries that same energy. It has bright acidity, gentle fruit, and a clear mineral backbone. Expressive yet easy to drink, it shows François’ lighter, more open style. Vinified in old barriques with no sulfur added.
