Le Glanon Chardonnay comes from a 25-year-old vineyard at 250m altitude on iridescent marl soils, highlighting the region’s signature minerality. This wine comes from the famous local cave cooperative Fruitière de Pupillin. The grapes are manually harvested, destemmed, and gently pressed after a few hours of skin contact. Indigenous yeast fermentation occurs in wooden vats, followed by 12 months’ ageing in foudre. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulphur, this wine is a true expression of Jura terroir.
