Equal parts Trebbiano and Procanico from forty-year-old Bolsena vines. The must underwent a four-day maceration before pressing and ageing in vat until spring. The wine presents a light golden appearance, fine tannic grip, and a combination of savoury stone-fruit character and mineral components.
