A tribute to the neighbouring Lake Nemi, this white wine is crafted from Malvasia di Candia and Trebbiano grapes. Approximately 30% of the must undergoes overnight skin contact before spontaneous fermentation in fibreglass tanks. The result is a fresh and zingy wine, full of energy. A store and staff favourite!
