Tuttu, meaning “everything” in Sicilian, represents a blend of local grapes, predominantly Nero d’Avola and Frappato, alongside other indigenous varieties. The vines are rooted in the sandy and limestone-rich soils of Noto, a region known for its distinctive saline influence due to its proximity to the sea. The grapes are organically farmed and hand-harvested, then fermented spontaneously with native yeasts and aged in cement tanks to preserve their freshness.
The 2022 vintage is light-bodied, with aromas of red fruits and subtle herbs. On the palate, it is refreshing and balanced, showcasing soft tannins, lively acidity, and a pronounced saline quality that reflects Noto’s coastal terroir.
