Legero is a light and highly drinkable expression of Sangiovese from La Ginestra in Tuscany. The wine is vinified with very minimal extraction, resulting in a pale color that almost resembles a rosato. In the glass it shows bright red cherry and subtle herbal notes, supported by soft tannins and fresh acidity. The overall impression is juicy, delicate, and very approachable, making it an easygoing contrast to the more structured Sangiovese expressions of the region.
