The white grape house wine from our friends at the organic farm La Ginestra, just south of Florence. A blend of Chardonnay, Trebbiano and a touch of direct-press Sangiovese, co-fermented and vinified in neutral steel and fiberglass. Salty and savoury, the short maceration also brings citrus freshness and energy. Unfined and unfiltered.
