Sourced from vineyards bordering olive groves around Estézargues in the Côtes du Rhône, planted primarily to Grenache with a little Syrah and Carignan on clay-limestone soils; it is fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, without fining or filtration and with only minimal sulphur, resulting in a supple, juicy wine with ripe red fruit and gentle spice. A staff favourite and discounted by the case.
