A blend of red and white varieties from mixed alpine soils in Valais, vinified separately and blended before bottling with no additions. Bright and glou-glou in spirit, but more thoughtful than that term often implies, it brings together light red fruit, dried herbs and a faint mineral snap. Served slightly chilled, it shows plenty of freshness, a touch of texture and the easy drinkability that makes this style so compelling.
