A blend of red and white varieties from high-altitude Valais vineyards on mixed alpine soils, vinified separately and blended before bottling with nothing added. The result sits somewhere between a pale red and a dark rosé, but what matters more is its feel: brisk, savoury and very drinkable. Expect light red fruit, a touch of umami and herb, and a bright, stony line of acidity that makes it ideal served cool.
