Inspired by the wines of Savoie, this blend consists of Pinot Noir (50%), Gamay (25%), and Mondeuse (25%). Each variety is fermented separately in whole clusters within stainless steel tanks, aged in neutral oak, and blended before bottling. This wine is produced without filtration or fining and contains no added SO2.
