The wine is a blend of Sylvaner, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Blanc from Pierre’s vineyards. It was aged for 11 months on fine lees. The nose is vibrant, with crisp apples, and delicate floral notes, complemented by subtle spices and honey.
