A pure expression of Sangiovese grown on the biodynamic slopes of Mount Subasio, hand-harvested and left to ferment with indigenous yeasts in concrete tank. Ten days of maceration, no filtration and no fining leave a wine that’s honest, textured and true to its mountain terroir.
