Hesnault, trained alongside famous Sarthe winemakers Jean-Pierre Robinot and Eric Nicolas, works without sulfur and in his tuffeau cave. This is one of the finest natural Gamays we know of in the Loire. A real hidden gem! We aged the wine since it’s release in 2023. Three years in bottle brought the darker but vivid fruit together alongside a long mineral finish.
