Chenin Blanc from three different parcels ranging 15 to 90 years old around Rablay-sur-Layon. Directly pressed and fermented in steel with some wine going into 500L barrels to break those in. The most accessible wine of the domaine for its vividness, citrus and minerality. The 2024 vintage is nevertheless one we recommend letting rest for a year or two since the acidity is so high. With a bit of time more complex fruit and layers will appear.
