Chenin Blanc from a single parcel planted in 1958 in Faye d’Anjou. The vines sit at the summit of a southwest-facing hillside with minimal topsoil and high wind exposure, forcing roots deep into clay and schist bedrock. Directly pressed and fermented in stainless steel, then moved to 500L tonneaux for twelve months of elevage. A mineral and textured wine, our favourite of the vintage.
