Harvested in the first week of August 2025 near Alcamo, Sicily, de-stemmed and macerated for 8 days. Now in its second year, this is part of our own label project. Our idea of a house orange is a wine packed with fruit and good length. It’s crunchy, with aromas of stone fruit, apple and pear, and a good amount of spice and texture. Good length and minerality: a great everyday orange wine! This is the no-sulfur-added “zero-zero” version, with a little more edge and energy.
