From two south-facing parcels of 80-year-old vines, this cuvée blends Pinot Noir with a touch of César, co-fermented as whole clusters. Carbonic maceration and ageing in neutral barrels give structure without heaviness, with sulphur added only if essential. Aromas of blackberry, cherry, and violet mingle with earthy spice and a hint of game. Firm acidity and savoury grip define the palate, making it a wine of depth and longevity.
