A sparkling Cava from Vins El Cep, produced in the Penedès region of Spain. This vintage brut reserva is crafted from 50% Xarel·lo, 25% Macabeo, and 25% Parellada, sourced from three vineyard parcels planted between 1958 and 1990. Fully certified organic, it undergoes its second fermentation en tirage in bottle and is aged for at least 24 months — well beyond the 9 months required for Reserva. With a dosage of 6 g/L, it achieves balance and finesse.
A quintessential aperitif Cava, offering a refined and classical expression of the style.
