Refreshing blend of 70% Chenin Blanc and 30% Grolleau Gris  from clay-limestone soils rich in marl and oyster fossils. The grapes were hand-harvested, meticulously sorted in the vineyard, and gently pressed using a pneumatic press. A slightly effervescent, saline and fresh white. It’s Sylvain’s every day thirst quencher. Minimal use of sulphur at bottling.
