Biancone is made from Tai Bianco grown on eighty-year-old vines on the calcareous marl soils of the Colli Euganei. The wine ferments without added yeasts and then ages for ten months in vitrified concrete tanks with full spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Floral notes and subtle almond tones lead into a structured palate with strong mineral tension and a savory finish.
