Botivo is a handcrafted, non-alcoholic aperitif with a bittersweet complexity and herbal depth. Made in small batches at Lannock Farm, Hertfordshire (UK), it undergoes a year-long infusion process. Five raw ingredients—orange zest, wormwood leaf, gentian root, thyme, and rosemary—form its herbal, bitter backbone, lifted by bright citrus. These are steeped and blended into aged British apple cider vinegar, balanced with organic wildflower honey for a vibrant acidity and soft floral finish.
Designed for “The Yellow Hour,” the transition from work to leisure, Botivo is meant to be savored. It is typically served as 25ml of concentrate mixed with 175ml of soda or sparkling water, poured over ice, and garnished with a squeezed orange wedge. It also pairs well with tonic, ginger beer, or grapefruit soda.
Its bold, bittersweet profile is defined by herbal and citrus notes, crafted with patience and precision to deliver depth and freshness in every sip.
