Syrah and Viognier from Thierry de Marne in the Minervois. The Syrah is macerated in whole bunches for 10 days and assembled with direct-press Viognier. It’s a generous wine with a touch of bright white wine. Made to be easy-drinking, but with the complexity that Syrah achieves after some time. One to keep, Hannah advises! Made without any sulphur.
