Gamay from volcanic soils near Clermont-Ferrand in Auvergne. The cooler climate and mineral-rich soils lend an earthy, structured character with bright acidity. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, no sulfur added. Only available in limited quantities (in 1 liter bottles), this wine reflects the distinct terroir of the region.
