Alexandre describes the wine as “fresh, dry, and mineral, benefiting from extended lees aging that builds texture and tension.” While officially méthode traditionnelle to meet AOC requirements, it delivers purity and finesse. The palate shows crisp, balanced citrus acidity, a fine mousse, ripe yellow fruit and crunchy apple, subtle brioche notes, and a pronounced minerality.
